Peach Crisp

A round of applause for peach season. We know summer has officially started when the first Peach Crisp hits the table!

Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes 



  • 3 pounds frozen sliced peaches, thawed 
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon  
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg  
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar  
  • 1/4 cup Califia Farms Extra Creamy Oatmilk  
  • Pinch of salt 
For the topping:
  • 1 cup oats 
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour  
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar  
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon 
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, melted  
  • Pinch of salt 



  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Combine peaches, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and brown sugar in a bowl. Mix together and add Califia Farms Extra Creamy Oatmilk and a pinch of salt. Continue to mix and then add to a 9-inch pie pan or 9x9 baking pan. 
  2. In a separate bowl, combine oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted vegan butter and a pinch of salt. Mix together until all ingredients are incorporated and mixture is slightly crumbly.
  3. Place the oat mixture on top of the peaches and bake for 1 hour. Enjoy with your favorite vegan ice cream!
